My New Motto

Finally the majority of the week is over and we are fast heading towards the weekend! We now finally have the internet at our new place so I will be back up and running and blogging more frequently now.

I thought I would share with you my new motto. I have printed this sign at work and hung it in my office and will make another copy for us at home to put on the fridge or in a frame perhaps? What is your motto that you like to look at everyday?

Loving IKAT Print

What a crazy past month it has been. Unfortunately the Cherish Maree Vintage shop has been well and truly delayed as we are still without internet at home. Hopefully this week Telstra will connect the correct phone line and I might be able to get stuck into this great little project of mine.

I have been so inspired lately by the beautiful IKAT print. Some of you might not know what I am referring to but the pictures speak a thousand words. I want to find some beautiful bright cushions and have them on our porch at the front of our house with our big outdoor lounge. I recently scored an amazing oil painting at an amazing price which is really bright and I think the cushions and the painting will look great. Check out these beautiful pictures.

Ginger Jars

For my birthday I was given 2 beautiful ginger jar lamps. I absolutely love love love them!! As we are still organising our bedroom I have placed one of the lamps in our hallway and think it looks pretty cute with my little ceramic birds that I picked up for under $10 each! I have added a picture of my look at home (last 3 pictures) and some of the looks I have been drawing inspiration from. I hope you love them as much as I do! Enjoy xo
